Smaller than usual, but just as festive and set up in the same place. Starting from today, for the next 12 days, Szczecin is holding its Christmas Market, where we can buy anything we need to prepare Christmas.

At noon, wooden huts at Adamowicza and Lotników Squares were opened and the Szczecin Christmas Square has started. Local Szczecin-based entrepreneurs are offering their Christmas products on 40 stands. The products sold include handicraft, Christmas wreaths, wine, honey, glass ball ornaments, magnets, gingerbread, cakes.

There are no tables or eating stands at the Szczecin Christmas Market. All foods are packed to be taken away.

“This year, due to the pandemic, we will not be organising meetings with Santa Claus, workshops or animations,” says Celina Wołosz, spokesperson for Żegluga Szczecińska Tourism Events. “Disinfectants and disposable gloves are provided to visitors both at Adamowicza Square and Lotników Square. We should also remember to maintain social distance while shopping and to wear our face masks”.

      Stand opening hours: Monday - Thursday 12:00 – 20:00; Friday 12:00 – 21:00; Saturday – Sunday 10:00 – 21.00.

If you do not find something at the stationary Market, you can always look for it on the virtual Christmas Market. On the website https://jarmark.szczecin.eu/ you will find over 100 exhibitors with their Christmas offers.
