Revised office hours of the Service Office

As of 1 July, the opening hours of the Service Office at the Szczecin Benefits Centre will be revised. The Office will be open longer hours on Mondays.
The revised working hours of the Service Office at ul. Kadłubka 12 will be as follows:
Mondays: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesdays – Fridays: 7:30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m.
“The hours have been revised following the analysis of visit patterns and surveys filled in by visitors during the last two months,” said Maciej Homis, Szczecin’s Welfare Services Spokesman. “The vast majority of Szczecin’s residents visit the Szczecin Benefits Centre between 7.30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Survey respondents have noted that the Office should be open longer hours on at least one day during the week.
In line with the needs of Szczecin’s residents, the opening hours of the Service Office will be extended until 5 p.m.
The new working hours of the Service Office will come into effect on 1 July 2025 (Tuesday).
