A complex of plots for detached houses in Pogodno, land for a warehouse or a production plant, a 196-metre flat in Piastów Avenue and two commercial units in a phenomenally renovated tenement house in Jagiellońska Street. There are many city properties on offer, and all of them can be found on the miastooferuje.szczecin.eu portal. The autumn edition of the campaign promoting the project has just started.

The range presented on the website The City's bids is supplemented on an ongoing basis by the officials of Szczecin’s magistrate. They make every effort to present the properties properly, publishing photos, plans and all the necessary information including the rules and dates of tenders. The range includes land for sale and lease, business premises and flats.

"Every year, Szczecin allocates large flats for the implementation of measures associated with the social policy of the city. This includes the implementation of housing programmes targeted at various groups in need of support ("Home for Children", "Home to Start", "Large Family Home", "Home for Seniors")," said Małgorzata Waszak, Director of the Department of Housing and Regulation of the Legal Status of Real Estate of the Szczecin City Hall. “Unfortunately, not all the flats in the municipal stock can be used for social support purposes or – due to high costs – be handed over to people in need of help. These are the flats that the Municipality sells through tenders.”

What does the city offer? An overview of selected properties:

- a plot of land on the Right Bank of the Oder River intended for a sports and recreation area (e.g. sports field, tennis courts, playgrounds) with a possibility of introducing trade, tourism, catering and cultural services (lease) > LINK TO THE BID

- a complex of eight plots in Pogodno. Six plots for detached single-family housing and two more for terraced houses. Planned tender date: the first quarter of 2022 > LINK TO THE BID

- land at Kolumba Street, right next to the water, which can be used for downtown mixed-use development (e.g. hotel, retail or catering facility, art studio, doctor's surgery, but also flats) > LINK TO THE BID

- a flat belonging to the Szczecin TBS, with an area of over 196 sq. m, situated at Piastów Avenue. The flat has five connecting rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms, original door carpentry and partially preserved stucco. Requires renovation. - More premises of the Szczecin TBS - this time commercial - in a beautiful tenement house at 93 Jagiellońska St. The area of the premises and the functional layout of the rooms provide many options of adaptation for the purposes of the chosen type of activity. - A flat for complete renovation, located at Potulicka Street, close to Zwycięstwa Square and the Port Gate. Area: 185 sq. m. Third floor. Heated with tiled furnaces. Five rooms, a bathroom with a toilet, second toilet, two kitchens, two halls. The tender will take place on 2 December > LINK TO THE BID

- Spacious business premises at 1 Ludwika Solskiego Street, 66 sq. m. The property is located in the heart of Pogodno, near the beautiful Ojca Jakuba Wujka Square. It consists of four rooms > Bid in preparation, soon to appear on the portal The City’s bids.

The joint bid is made by the Szczecin City Hall's Department of Real Estate Resources and Trading, the Department of Housing and Regulation of the Legal Status of Real Estate of the Szczecin City Hall, the Municipal Buildings Management Board, the Szczecin Social Housing Association and the companies Nieruchomości i Opłaty Lokalne and Agencja Rozwoju Metropolii Szczecińskiej.
