Every day at the construction site of the Water Factory brings changes. Intensive construction works in both buildings and on the premises of the complex are underway. Recently, a mobile crane has been used to complete one of the construction stages.
After shunting the pool building, the sheet piling of the temporary protection of the foundation excavation was removed. Waterproofing and thermal insulation of the foundation walls of the pool basement were made. Concreting of the walls, columns and beams of the ground floor is in progress. A spectacular part of the work in the swimming pool building was the installation of prefabricated roof slabs. A mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 500 tonnes was used for their assembly. A total of 45 slabs were installed - their maximum weight is 25 tons and the maximum length reaches 17.5 m.
Roofing and insulation are made on the Edukatroium (educational institution building). Work on the installation of the sanitary sewage system, the water supply system, the hydrant system and the underpressure roof drainage is underway. In addition, cable trays are being installed and the building cabling is being laid.
In the outer part of the complex, the cube paving of the parking lot is also being performed, and the structural layers of the outdoor event square are being made. The structures of the cloakroom and bar building as well as the car park shelter are ready for use. In addition, the walls of the cloakroom building of sandwich panels have been made, and the installation of the roofing has commenced.
