Robert Duchowski

Voting for this year’s participatory budget projects ended on 7 December, 9 a.m. After the counting and entering paper votes into the system, we will find out which projects will be carried out.
This year 23300 people voted online, casting 110414 votes. The most – 45563 – votes were cast for citywide projects. Among the local projects, the ones from the Bukowo-Warszewo area got the most votes – 8201.
“Another difficult year, because of the pandemic, is over,” says Magdalena Błaszczyk, the Director of the Department for Social Dialogue. “We want to thank all the project promoters and citizens who supported projects with their votes for their commitment and activity. We hope that every citizen will find something interesting on the projects list.”
Ballot boxes with paper votes will be open today at 1 p.m. Their opening and counting can be watched live (link for the online transmission will be published on the website sbo.szczecin.eu and konsultuj.szczecin.pl).
This year, citizens could choose from 114 projects on the voting list (23 citywide projects and 91 local projects).
