The bathing site season has begun

Arkonka, also known as Szczecin's Mallorca, opened its gates to the enthusiasts of water attractions on 1 June this year. Lifeguards were ready to welcome the first brave swimmers and the ones who get cold easily had a lot of other attractions to choose from.

The swimming pools were cleaned, the water was tested, and all the devices were inspected and are ready for use. This means that the bathing site season was officially launched on 1 June. Starting from this day, Arkonka is open from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until 8:00 p.m. A minor change will be introduced in August, as the bathing site will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on all days of the week.

The visitors will be provided with the access to all swimming pools, including the sports pool, the “tear drop” pool, “the rapid torrent” pool, and slides. Lifeguards will take care of your safety. As always, in addition to the swimming pools, city residents will be able to find a multitude of other attractions there, including tennis and badminton courts, barbecue spots, playgrounds, an open-air gym, beach chairs, an artificial beach, beach volleyball courts and a skate park. There will also be four food establishments.

You can enter the facility through the main gates, and additionally from the side of the car park, at weekends. The cash desk near the car park will be open every day between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from 23 June. to make things easier, we can buy tickets to Arkonka via the Szczecin Mobile City Card app, for the current day and for two days in advance. Electronic tickets should be shown to our employees at the gate.

Please note that children under 6 and persons with disabilities accompanied by their carers can use the attractions at Arkonka free of charge. A whole-day discount ticket costs PLN 12, and a regular ticket is PLN 24. There are also cheaper subscription card options: PLN 108 - a discount card for 10 visits, and PLN 216 for a regular-price card. Discounts available as part of the Szczecin Family Card and Senior Card also apply.
