99% deduction on the net sales price of the property located at 31-33, Dębogórska Street
Councillors have approved the sales and increased the deduction on the net sales price of the property from 50% to 99%.
The built-up real property with an area of 0.4760 ha has been entered in the register of historic buildings of the West Pomeranian Region. Based on the local spatial development plan of the City, the property can be used for conducting service activity or a multi-family residential facility.
“Detailed terms and conditions of the tender and sales will be determined in the near future”, said Przemysław Taraciński, Director of the Real Property Resources and Trading Department. “Certainly, the contract will include provisions safeguarding the interests of the City and the proper revitalisation of the historic building”.
The tender for the property will be announced in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
