No changes on Północna and Wapienna Streets until August

The traffic organisation changes at the intersection of Północna and Wapienna Streets, which were previously announced to be introduced this Wednesday, will not be implemented for now. Temporary traffic restrictions will be imposed on Wednesday, 12 August. Details to be provided in future releases.

About the project

The first part of the project involves the redevelopment of the intersection between Północna and Wapienna Streets. The work involves the construction of a new road surface and pavements, underground and ground infrastructure facilities (storm water sewerage and sanitary sewerage networks, water pipelines) and street lamps. The contractor must complete the work no later than 10 months from the day of signing the contract. The contract for the first part of the task, which involves the redevelopment of the intersection, is being implemented by MUSING BUD Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. The cost of work is PLN 4,570,788.30 gross.

The second part of the investment involves the construction of a reservoir on the Warszewiec watercourse and the renovation of the Warszewiec stream. The contractor must complete the work no later than 16 months from the day of signing the contract. The contract for the second part of the task, which involves the construction of a reservoir, is being implemented by Usługi Transportowo Budowlane Bernard Baranowski. The cost of work is PLN 3,540,560.38 gross.

Project implementation is supervised by the Department of City Investments of the Szczecin City Hall.
