Enrolment for sports, bilingual and experimental classes

In Szczecin March marks the beginning of enrolment in many educational facilities. In addition to public kindergartens and 1st grades of primary school, the enrolment is open for bilingual and experimental classes for grade 7.

Bilingual grade 7 classes

As in the previous year, also this year enrolment will be open for bilingual grade 7 classes, starting on Monday, 8 March 2021.

This time the interested students can participate in electronic enrolment for:

- Primary School No. 2 (English and Italian);

- Primary School No. 37 (English and German);

- Primary School No. 56 (English and German);

- Primary School No. 74 (English).

Candidates must file the required documents by 22 March 2021 by noon. After that, on 29 March 2021 a linguistic predispositions test will take place. What's important, students will attend the test at the school which they indicated as the first on their preference list. The result of the linguistic predispositions test will be published on 8 April 2021. After that, in line with the Ordinance of the Mayor, which determines the schedule for the enrolment, there will be time for fulfilling all formalities, including the completion of an application and a copy of the certificate confirming promotion to grade 7 and parents’ declaration of consent for the enrolment. The final results of enrolment for bilingual grade 7 classes will be published on 8 April 2021 at noon.

Experimental grade 7 classes

In parallel with bilingual classes, there is enrolment for experimental grade 7 classes at Primary School No. 6 at General Secondary Schools Complex No. 7. This year candidates can participate in enrolment for the mathematics experimental class (under the academic supervision of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences and the Faculty of Physics of the Warsaw University of Technology) or the life sciences class (under the academic supervision of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin).

As in the case of bilingual classes, enrolment for experimental classes is carried out electronically through the website https://nabor.pcss.pl/szczecin/klasa7/. Candidates should complete a single application for bilingual and experimental classes.

Candidates applying for admission to experimental classes will need to take a test in the relevant subjects, which will take place on the following dates:

 - 24 March 2021, 4 p.m. – test for the life sciences experimental class- 26 March 2021, 4 p.m. – test for the mathematics experimental class

The final results of enrolment for experimental classes at Primary School No. 6 will be known on 8 July 2021 at noon.
