Easter Fair to begin soon

Huts with traditional food, Easter delicacies and decorations, and fun activities for the youngest ones - these are only some of the attractions of the coming Easter Fair in Kwiatowa Avenue. This year's edition of the Fair will begin on 31 March and last until 2 April.
In several dozen wooden huts which will be located in Kwiatowa Avenue, visitors will have a chance to buy, among others, Easter decorations, Easter eggs, garlands, wicker baskets and Easter delicacies. The place will also be filled with traditional cold cuts, cheese, baked goods, honey, handicraft and wooden items.
The organisers have prepared workshops where the guests will have an opportunity to learn how to decorate Easter eggs and create their own Easter palm. The youngest Szczecin residents will surely enjoy an egg hunt and learn about a variety of games they can play outside.
Children and adults will join together for a meeting devoted to Easter animals. Marzena Białowolska from the Wild Animals Foundation (Fundacja Dzikich Zwierząt) will talk about hares, hens, and chicks. The participants will also find out what to do when they come across baby animals or eggs in a nest.
Easter and spring is a great occasion for a change. Visitors to the Fair will learn how to better manage their food and what to do with excess products. Greenery enthusiasts will appreciate advice about the selection, cultivation, and maintenance of springtime plants, and the possibility to buy seedlings. In addition, there will be a book swapping point on site.
All workshops organised as part of the Fair will be open to everyone; no prior booking is required, and the participation is free of charge.
