It is actually a replica of Szczecin’s illuminated port cranes called “Dźwigozaury” in the form of a big swing for five people. It has been on Orzeł Biały Square since Wednesday, inviting everyone to play.
The construction of the original swing was commissioned by the Marshal’s Office for the Pol’And’Rock Festival, which returned to the Western Pomerania after many years.
“It was a kind of a gift for the festival participants,” says the NiOL Spokesman Wojciech Jachim. “Then the Dźwigozaury swings were used to promote the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Warsaw, Łódź, Rzeszów, Wrocław and Gdańsk. Yesterday they got back to Szczecin. They will stand on Orzeł Biały Square at least till the end of January.
Everyone can come and enjoy the swings alone or in a group. The swing bench is designed for up to five people.
The Dźwigozaury swing was made by the Metal Madness company from Szczecin, the winners of the 2nd edition of the economic contest “Your business under the flag of success” in the micro-enterprise category.
