Coronavirus #84 – town hall "opens the door" for residents

The rules of customer service in the City Hall have been slightly modified. From the 25th of May more people will be able to take care of their matters directly in the municipality. However, one still has to make an appointment prior to the visit. All applications and other documents can still be submitted via the correspondence box, e-mail and ePUAP platform.

In accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Crisis Shield 1.0, from the 31st of March the deadlines were suspended, among others: in administrative proceedings. However, based on the Anti-Crisis Shield 3.0, this provision has been repealed. In practice, this means starting or resuming the running of previously suspended deadlines for administrative decisions, starting from the 24th of May 2020.

Accordingly, taking into account the need to organize a greater number of customer visits to the City Hall (e.g. in order to familiarize the parties with files or other activities requiring personal appearance in the municipality) from the 25th of May 2020 additional rooms will be made available in which - with all safety rules - such visits will be possible.

As before, the appointment is initiated by municipality officials who process the submitted applications.

Please be reminded that necessary matters can be dealt with via the post office, the Internet and correspondence boxes.

Applications and conclusions to the City Hall Offices can be:

      1. Sent by post to the address of the Szczecin City Hall pl. Armii Krajowej 1, 70-456 Szczecin
