Coronavirus #61 - give the volunteer way in the queue
Marta Kufel

A small gesture can have great power. A little kindness will significantly make the work of Szczecin volunteers who help others every day easier. By showing a bit of good will in a store or pharmacy, each of us can join the #SzczecinPomaga (SzczecinHelps) campaign.
You can meet #SzczecinPomaga volunteers on the streets of our city for several weeks now. There are almost 300 people who help the elderly and the disabled every day. Their tasks include: doing shopping, collecting prescriptions or taking dogs for a walk. Unfortunately, due to the introduced restrictions some of these simple activities can take a lot more time than usual.
Therefore we encourage you: if you meet a volunteer working as part of the #SzczecinPomaga campaign, please give them the way in the queue. This will allow them to do the shopping for people who need help much faster. Thus, a larger number of inhabitants will not be left alone. Together, we can make the volunteer work easier by showing mutual kindness and giving them way.
Volunteers of the #SzczecinPomaga campaign can be distinguished thanks to their personal badges with the hologram of the City of Szczecin on them.
