Coronavirus #59 - activity of the municipality from the 22nd of April

The City Hall in Szczecin will continue to operate on the same terms as before. There is no direct customer service since the 20th of March, due to the coronavirus epidemic. Applications for individual procedures can be submitted via post, Internet or through special boxes.
Please be advised that the public administration "defrosting" announced for the 22nd of April concerns offices that have been closed due to the pandemic and have stopped their functioning. The current activity of the Szczecin magistrate is in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of the 19th of April, i.e. the office works all the time and, whenever possible, issues relevant administrative decisions on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the form of customer service activity is not changing at the moment.
Applications and conclusions to the City Hall Offices can be:
- Sent by post to the address of the Szczecin City Hall pl. Armii Krajowej 1, 70-456 Szczecin
- Submitted via the ePUAP platform
- Put into specially prepared boxes, which are located:
- At the entrance to the right wing of the Szczecin City Hall on Pl. Armii Krajowej 1,
- At the entrance to the Szczecin City Hall branch on Prawobrzeże (the right bank of the city), ul. Rydla 39-40.
