Coronavirus #55 - coronavirus testing equipment already in the hospital

As announced, the virological diagnostic device that the City bought was transferred to the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 at ul. Unii Lubelskiej 1.
- Employees of Szczecin hospitals and medical staff will be examined first. This is very important because our health depends on their staying healthy. That is why we don’t stop supporting. We have donated 100 000 PLN for necessary products and preparations. I hope that this will relieve the hospital a little – says Piotr Krzystek.
The equipment arrived in Szczecin in parts, therefore after being assembled the device is tested. The hospital is currently conducting special training in the use of apparatus among laboratory staff. The performance of the first tests will be possible tomorrow.
The device cost less than 300 000 PLN. The package also includes 280 coronavirus tests.
