Coronavirus #124 – more guests at weddings

Up to 20 people will be able to attend wedding ceremonies organised by the registry office. The changes were apply from 11 June this year.

In addition to the bride,  groom, best man and maid of honour, six guests will be allowed to enter the wedding hall. Additional guests may enter if they present a negative test result for coronavirus (done within the last 48h), a certificate confirming recovery from Covid-19 or a certificate of full vaccination.

However, the maximum number of people in the wedding hall cannot exceed 20 (excluding registry office’s staff). It is because of the sanitary rules currently in force which oblige the participants of ceremonies taking place indoors to keep a social distance  of 1.5 m. Moreover, the participants of the ceremony are supposed to wash their hands and wear a protective masks upon entering.
