Coronavirus #101 - important changes for customers

The mode of customer service in the Municiapal Office is changing. On 10 August 2020, an appointment calendar will be launched, which will enable the residents to make appointments on specific dates in order to manage their official matters. The service will be available via Internet and telephone.
Starting on Monday after 12.00 p.m., you will be able to make an appointment to visit the Municiapal Office via this website: rezerwacjaboi.um.szczecin.pl. First appointments can be made starting from Wednesday, 12 August 2020. Appointments can be also made via telephone.

Only those who have made an appointment via Internet or telephone will be able to enter the Municipal Office building. Customers will be allowed into the building 10 minuts prior to their appointment. After collecting the ticket from the ticket machine, the residents will wait in the lobby for the entrance to the customer service room or other rooms: Room 36 (business activity services) and Room 27 (ID card receipt). The waiting area for customers will be located on the second floor, in the vicinity of rooms: 211, 211A, 213, 215, 216, 217, 218, 218A, 220 (Registry Office). Entry to the above-mentioned rooms will be possible only after the number of the ticket will be displayed on the monitor. Similar rules will apply in the Municipal Office Branch.
IMPORTANT! Registering a death does not require making an appointment. You need only get a "Registration of Death" ticket from the ticket machine and go to the Registry Office (2nd floor, room 220).
Any fees related to individual cases can be made through: payment terminals, fee-payment machine, traditional or Internet transfer (szczecin.oplatyurzedowe.pl) and the Municipal Office cash desk.

At the same time, we would like to inform that customers can still put letters in the application box (document boxes), but in relation to the above-mentioned matters the best and quickest way to manage the matter will be to make an appointment via Internet or telephone.
