Who will win? Who will be the revelation? Who will bring the house down? We are awaiting musical talents. Throughout June, we are waiting for applications for the Festival of Young Talents – New energy music competition. For the fifteenth time, musical talents will gather in Szczecin. The winner will be announced in October.
The call for entries lasts until 8 July this year
The contest auditions will take place on 8 October 2021 in Szczecin. Up to 10 performers will take part in them. The winner will be announced a day later, on 9 October, during the final concert.
Festival of Young Talents –New Energy. It is a good place to start your music career and pursue your passion. Do you love music? Do you sing? Do you have a band? Do you play with your friends? Or perhaps you prefer to perform solo? This is a contest for you!
The aim of the Szczecin festival is to present the work of performers taking their first steps in the music industry, and review inspiring phenomena and new productions on the Polish music scene.
The goal of the festival is to select performers of the best original work – which also distinguishes FMT (Festival of Young Talents) from other contests and castings where covers are acceptable.
Many of the past festival participants agreed that the Szczecin festival has a unique atmosphere.
For the past 14 editions of the festival, nearly 3500 performers from all over the country have entered the competition. The Art Director of FMT and the chairperson of the jury is Katarzyna Nosowska.
The award for the Grand Prix winner of the festival is a digital single release by the Kayax studio as part of the “My Name Is New” project and related promotional and public relations activities, as well as financial prizes funded by Szczecińska Agencja Artystyczna (the Szczecin Artistic Agency).
