Łękno intersection – changes on Zaleskiego Street
Marta Kufel

On 26 October this year, the section of Zaleskiego Street from Sienkiewicza Street to the intersection with Wojska Polskiego Avenue was opened to traffic.
This is another stage of opening streets as part of the constructed Łękno intersection. On Tuesday, 26 October 2021, the section of Zaleskiego Street from the intersection with Sienkiewicza Street, through the level crossing, to the intersection with Wojska Polskiego Avenue was opened to traffic. At the intersection of Zaleskiego Street with Wojska Polskiego Avenue both entries – right turns – have been opened. The remaining part of temporary traffic organisation remains the same.
The bus returns on Traugutta Street
We would like to remind you that as of Saturday, 23 October, the regular route of line 67 running via Wojska Polskiego Avenue and Traugutta Street (Łękno intersection) will be reinstated.
“Bogumiła” and “Poniatowskiego” stops will be back in service in their permanent locations. “Gałczyńskiego Square, “Gorkiego” and “Poniatowskiego” temporary stops will be removed.
“Karłowicza” stops will not be served by line 67.
Stops located on the redeveloped Łękno intersection will be launched at a later date. Until that time, line 67 will run via Łekno intersection without stopping along the roadways of Wojska Polskiego Avenue (not on the tracks).
Traugutta Street will not be open to motor traffic.
