Sung Poetry – Krzysztof Żesławski & Natalia Lubrano

A musical project by the well-known Wrocław-based musician Krzysztof Żesławski, who has collaborated with groups such as Tax Free and Wolna Grupa Bukowina, and who has invited, among others, the charismatic vocalist Natalia Lubrano to join him on stage.

The ensemble released its first album in December 2016. For many years, Krzysztof Żesławski has been a dedicated promoter of the work of Agnieszka Osiecka, and he also serves as Musical Director of the “Bardzo Wielka Woda” Agnieszka Osiecka Festival in Wrocław. In 2020, he composed the music for Agnieszka Osiecka’s text Piosenka o ostatnim Doboszu, which appeared in the documentary film The World Was Created for Me about the life of the writer Andrzej Dobosz.

Natalia Lubrano has collaborated with artists including Andrzej Smolik and the band Miloopa. In 2012, she released her solo album R.E.S.P.E.C.T. She is also a prize-winner of the Actors’ Song Review Festival in Wrocław, where she received the Audience Award for her remarkable performance of Wariatka tańczy.
