Following the critically acclaimed and Fryderyk-nominated albums Going Away and Czekanie, Kraków Street Bandreturn with their new and long-awaited release, Dwie myśli stąd (Two Thoughts from Here).
Kraków Street Band is a truly distinctive ensemble, one that has for years defied easy genre classification. On the one hand, the group draws on the finest traditions of world music – blues, jazz, rock and urban folk – while on the other, its sound carries a distinctly Kraków resonance. Their songs are moving, lyrically accomplished and rich in meaning.
The seven-piece line-up, made up of virtuoso instrumentalists, creates an exceptionally colourful musical world, and in live performance becomes an unrivalled concert force.
