Our citizens may already admire another stunning fountain. It was launched at Zwycięstwa Square.
This is another Szczecin’s illuminated fountain. At the weekend, mainly after dark, it attracted a lot of citizens. And no wonder. Late at night, everyone witnesses magnificent spectacle. Illuminated with different colours, the water seems to be dancing. The show begins when it gets dark. Currently at around 21:20, with the show lasting a few minutes. There is a 10-minute break between each one. And so on until 5 am. Then the illumination is switched off and the water continues to flow.
We would like to remind that currently we also operate floating fountains: at Brodowski Pond, in Rusałka or at the Central Cemetery. The fountains are also installed right next to the City Hall, e.g. in Bartłomiejka, in the Central Cemetery in the Quarters of the Deserved and in the Freedom Park in Podjuchy. There is also an illuminated fountain in the Janina Szczerska Square, near Kościuszki Square. In June, the illuminated fountain on Wały Chrobrego will be launched.
For safety reasons, the fountains in Zamenhofa Square, in Gałczyński Square and in the Avenue of Fountains are out of operation.
