The Water Factory – News from the construction site #16

The pace of works at the Water Factory construction site is not slowing down. Further swimming pool basins and the façade are being installed. The external swimming pool is also visible.

More than 250 people are currently working at the construction site of the entire complex. This involvement can be seen very well in the form of the pace of works. Inside the waterpark facility further swimming pool basins are being installed – a swimming pool with inflatables and a jacuzzi. Installation works underway and partition walls are being assembled. The enclosure has been installed over the pool hall.

Drywall construction is being made on the Edukatorium building (educational institution building). Plastering works are being carried out, the installation of lifts and suspended ceilings is under way, and installations are being made in the building. In the external part the elevation installation works are continued.

Considerable changes have taken place in the external part of the complex. The outline of the external recreational swimming pool basin is visible. At the same time, works are under way on the installation of an external swimming pool water treatment system.

The project is being implemented at the intersection of 1 Maja, Emili Sczanieckiej and Bożeny Streets. The project has been designed by DreamWorlds by TKHolding design office. The contractor is a consortium of companies comprising ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana sp. z o.o. sp.k. and ALSTAL Real Estate sp. z o.o. The cost of the project is over PLN 349.7 million. The works will be completed in 2022.
