Summer holiday break at the Floating Arena

The 50-metre swimming pool at the Szczecin Sports Centre complex will be closed for technological reasons. This is standard procedure which always takes place during the holidays. The swimming pool will close down on 18 July.
Once the pool basin is emptied, it will be dried, following which the necessary repairs and minor maintenance work will be carried out on the swimming pool. Once these are completed, the basin will be cleaned and disinfected, and the pool will be filled with water again.
The swimming pool will reopen after all the necessary water tests are carried out and approval is obtained from the Sanitary Inspectorate. The reopening of the Floating Arena is scheduled on 25 August.
