      SPP and PPN complaint procedures changed

      The municipal company NiOL announces that, starting 6 October, complaints related to payment for parking in the Paid Parking Zone (SPP), will only be accepted in writing.

      Complaints can be made online on spp.szczecin.pl. In the "Reklamacje” (Complaints) tab, there is a form for making complaints and attaching any relevant files.

      "Identical complaint procedures have been introduced for payments for parking at a paid unattended car park (PPN) and car parks for local residents, located at or near Orła Białego Square," says Wojciech Jachim, spokesman for NiOL. "You can find the complaint form on ppn.szczecin.pl.

      In addition, complaints can be made in the SPP office at 105 Wojska Polskiego St., where you can find special forms and a box to submit them.

      Previously, complaints had been accepted in writing, but also by the NiOL staff in the SPP office. This new procedure is in response to the growing epidemiological hazard in Szczecin.
