Compete the census at the City Office

Marta Kufel

You don’t have a computer? You have problems with Internet access? Or perhaps you are afraid that the online form will be too difficult. No need to worry - you can take part in the National Census of Population & Housing 2021 by using special workstations at the City Office.
Those who do not have a possibility to complete the census independently via the Internet on their own computers can use the workstations located in:
- the Szczecin City Office, pl. Armii Krajowej 1
- the City Office branch, ul. Rydla 39-40.
The workstations will be available on working days, during the City Office’s opening hours. Those who wish to complete the census at the City Office are requested to make an appointment in advance. Registrations can be made between Monday and Saturday (excluding public holidays), 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., by phone: 91 42 45 229 and 91 42 45 237.
Hearing-impaired persons will be provided assistance from clerks who have command of sign language.
As a reminder: The National Census of Population and Housing 2021 is open until 30 September this year. To take part, go to this website. The respondents can complete the required information on their computers or mobile devices using an interactive application. The identity of each person taking part in the census is authenticated in the ICT system. A unique code is required to access the data. The application notifies whether the respondents fill in the required items correctly on an ongoing basis.
Census field officers will provide assistance by phone to respondents who are not able to complete the census independently via the online form.
If you need support from a census field officer, call the helpline at 22 279 99 99, open between Monday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (fees as per the operators’ tariffs).
