Steaming Thai stalls, fresh Japanese sushi, aromatic Indian pakora or perhaps Georgian khachapuri and Lebanese tabbouleh?
The Asian Food Festival offers a flavour-packed journey through the cuisines of Asia and beyond. In Szczecin, visitors can expect the aromas of lemongrass, ginger and hot chilli, alongside pickled radish, black sesame, homemade curry with crisp vegetables and fresh coriander, pho soup and Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches. The programme will also include Korean and Malaysian dishes, as well as natural Asian cosmetics and accessories inspired by Asian culture.
