7th Szczecin Independence Run

For the seventh time, we’ll gather in Szczecin to celebrate Independence Day the sporty way.

This year’s runners will set off on a course with both the start and finish near Wały Chrobrego - one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks. The classic 5 km distance returns. It’s a unique chance to mark this special day in white and red, and in the true spirit of friendly competition. Alongside the national accents, we’re also highlighting local pride. The commemorative T-shirts will feature colours honouring the 80th anniversary of Polish Szczecin. There’ll be plenty for the youngest participants too: as always, the ‘Polak Mały’ (Little Pole) Run will invite children to enjoy sport in a joyful, independence-themed atmosphere.
