Community Centre “13 Muses”
This concert is a son's story about his father, an artist's memory of an artist.
An emotional journey through the early years of the composer of Zegarmistrz's solo career transports listeners to the world of Polish flower children and the optimism of the early Gierek decade, when artistry mingled with kitsch at nationwide festivals and concerts in workplaces. Among the most interesting artists of the time was Tadeusz Woźniak.
The concert will feature the artist's greatest hits - ‘Hej, Hanno!’, ‘Smak i zapach pomarańczy’ (The Taste and Smell of Oranges), ‘Zegarmistrz światła’ (The Clockmaker of Light) (this song is treated with exceptional humility and respect for the original performance), but also songs that were less prominent on radio stations at the time, worth remembering and sometimes presenting to listeners.
Piotr is accompanied on stage by the excellent guitarist Przemysław Śledź.
