Join us for another event in the Summer Evenings at the Lentz Villa series. This time, the Szczecin Mood Orchestra returns to perform for the audience once again, following its warmly received first concert at the Lentz Villa.
Founded by accordionist and pianist Krzysztof Baranowski, the Szczecin Mood Orchestra takes listeners into the world of pre-war popular music. The ensemble’s instrumentation – violin, accordion, clarinet, guitar, double bass and percussion – as well as its performance style, draw on the tradition of orchestras from the interwar period.
The July concert programme will be enriched with new arrangements, adding to an evening filled with waltzes, tangos, foxtrots and other musical gems.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to rediscover the golden era of Polish song and spend a summer evening in the unique atmosphere of the Lentz Villa garden.
Guests will also be offered refreshments, including coffee, tea and cake.
The event will take place in the garden at the Lentz Villa.
