The Polish Metal Alliance project was formed in March 2020, during the introduction of the first lockdown.
Vocalist Maciej Koczorowski (Chainsaw) invited several musician friends to record a cover of Iron Maiden’s The Trooper. Taking part were the experienced guitarist Jarek Chilkiewicz from Piotr Cugowski’s band (formerly of Bracia), who has also collaborated with many artists, including Kasia Kowalska, Małgorzata Ostrowska, Ewelina Flinta, and bands such as My Riot, Sweet Noise, and House of Death.
The rhythm section was formed by drummer Łukasz Tomczak from Immalum and Sorry Boys, bassist Tomasz Targosz(CETI), and second guitarist Marek “Spider” Pająk, known from the band Vader.
The second vocalist was Krzysiek Sokołowski from Nocny Kochanek, and the line-up for this track was completed by Piotr Cugowski and a legend of Polish heavy metal, Wojciech Hoffmann from Turbo.
