Kuba Więcek, the vibrant trailblazer of Poland’s young jazz scene, returns to Szczecin with his latest project – Hoshii!
A highly accomplished saxophonist and composer, Więcek has devoted equal time to studying Coltrane, J Dilla, and Timbaland. This time, together with Grzegorz Tarwid, Max Mucha, and Miłosz Berdzik, he explores the boundaries of jazz, blending its aesthetics with rap and alternative vocals. Expect playful genre-bending, creative collaborations, and improvisation. Previous Hoshii sessions on YouTube have featured Schafter, Hałastra, and Maria Peszek, among others.
