Ashfest

A strong line-up from the Szczecin metal scene will come together on one stage, delivering a powerful dose of riffs, blast beats and darkness.

The evening will feature:

HELLEMORT
A Szczecin-based band formed in early 2025 by musicians already active on the local scene. Their sound blends core breakdowns, thrash riffs and heavy metal harmonies with guttural growls. No genre limits – just pure energy.

EGZUL
Formed in Pilchowo in 2022, EGZUL combine death, thrash and black metal into a raw, intense sound. Heavy riffs, fast rhythms and merciless vocals promise an uncompromising live assault.

DEFUS
Founded in Stargard in 1999, DEFUS began by interpreting the work of death metal legends DEATH before developing their own technical, heavy style. Their debut album, The Time of Mine, was released in 2018, and the band are currently working on material for their second record.

ARAINE
A Szczecin death metal/metalcore band active since 2024, delivering more breakdowns than the audience’s last therapy session.

UNDERTAKER
Death/grind metal from Szczecin. The band’s origins go back to the first half of the 1990s, and their reactivation stays true to the old school: raw, aggressive and without unnecessary experimentation. A treat for fans of Terrorizer, Napalm Death and Obituary. A debut after 35 years? Absolutely.

ASHES
A legend of Szczecin’s death metal scene, with roots in the early 1990s. After the demo In the Abyss of Darkness and unreleased material from 1994, the band disappeared for almost two decades. They returned in 2012, and in 2020 released the long-awaited album On My Cursed Grave. With a stable line-up since late 2024, ASHES are now working on new material, some of which will be heard at ASHFEST.
