West Pomeranian Open Vineyard Weekend

The vineyards of Western Pomerania
The fourth West Pomeranian Open Vineyard Weekend will take place from Friday 14 to Sunday 16 August 2026.
August is best enjoyed among the vines. For three days, several vineyards across the region will open their gates to visitors who want to spend time close to nature, surrounded by vines and people with a real passion for winemaking.
It is a perfect opportunity to explore West Pomerania’s vineyards at your own pace, talk to winemakers, walk between the rows of vines and see where the wine is made. Hosts will share stories about their work, from growing grapes to the winemaking process, all in a relaxed summer atmosphere.
There will also be tastings, local delicacies and space to unwind. Bring a blanket or deckchair, settle down among the greenery and enjoy the moment with a glass of wine in hand. This is more of a picnic-style experience than a formal event – all about meeting people, conversation and discovering the place.
No advance registration is required. Simply choose a vineyard and come along. The detailed opening schedule and list of participating vineyards will be announced at a later date.
The event is organised by the West Pomeranian Vineyards Association and the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, at the invitation of Olgierd Geblewicz, Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Admission to each vineyard: Free
Plan this August weekend with time for a vineyard visit – it is the best way to experience the taste of the region right where it begins.
