5th West Pomeranian Wine Festival

Katarzyna Jackowska

The Ducal Castle in Szczecin
From Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th May 2025, the grand courtyard of the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle in Szczecin will once again transform into the region’s largest open-air wine bar. This extraordinary event has become a staple in Szczecin’s cultural calendar, attracting wine lovers from across Poland and abroad.
The previous four editions of the festival have been a resounding success, and our community of regional wine enthusiasts continues to grow rapidly. To date, tens of thousands of guests have joined us at the Castle. The 5th edition marks a special milestone — five years of celebrating West Pomeranian wine! Expect even more attractions, even more exquisite wine, and even more unforgettable moments.
The aim of the West Pomeranian Wine Festival is to promote regional grape wines, expand public knowledge of viticulture and wine tourism, and popularise wine culture while strengthening ties between local producers. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to explore the winemaking traditions of West Pomerania and taste some of the region’s finest wines.
This year’s jubilee edition will feature offerings from 17 producers, all members of the Association of West Pomeranian Vineyards:

The festival will also feature delicious regional snacks that pair beautifully with wine, as well as a wide range of culinary options in the smaller courtyard. A series of themed talks will enhance your understanding of wine, winemaking, and sensory tasting. This year’s lectures will explore the secrets of a winemaker’s craft, debunk common myths about wine, and delve into the sensual world of Bacchus’s favourite drink.
As always, a live concert on Saturday evening will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration and enjoyment.
