In the Land of Sleepyheads, everyone sleeps soundly, long and happily: the king, the nanny, the courtiers, the subjects.
Only Princess Sleepyhead cannot sleep because she is tormented by nasty nightmares. When King Sleepyhead finds out about this, he is terrified. After all, it's awful not to be able to fall asleep! And if Princess Sleepyhead doesn't fall asleep during the holidays, she won't get a present! Because Santa Claus only comes to children who sleep politely... However, King Sleepyhead is a good, loving father and will not allow his dearest daughter to miss out on her present. He will travel to the ends of the earth to find a cure for sleep and ensure that Sleepyhead gets a present under the Christmas tree!
