Żagle 2023 – Forget about your diets during the event

Looking for some excitement for your taste buds? Do you need a culinary energy boost? Or perhaps you want to discover new flavours which will take your palate on an incredible journey around the world? Be sure to visit the Food Truck Flavours Festival and the Food Port during the Żagle 2023 (Sails) event.

Culinary paradise from various parts of the world

On the three day of the sailing event, in the area of Chrobry Embankment and in Łasztownia, you will find an international cafeteria on wheels, where you will have the chance to savour delicacies from various parts of the globe. From Mexican tacos, through Italian pizzas from a wood-fired stove, all the way to oriental titbits such as Pad Thai – the choice is not going to be easy, but it’s only the beginning.

Veg or not veg – you decide

If you love plant flavours, vegans and vegetarians will enjoy plenty of exceptional options to choose from at the festival. There will also be plenty of delicious burgers, zapiekanka baked baguette sandwiches or Belgian fries. These street food classics, combined with craft sauces, will turn you culinary universe upside down. You will also have an opportunity to taste golden brown Tartar dumplings. Chebureki will be available with a variety of fillings. From juicy beef and pork filling, through chicken, bacon and potatoes, all the way to sauerkraut and wild forest mushrooms – each version is a guaranteed surge of flavours for your palate.

And for dessert –  Spanish ecstasy

After this endless flavour craze, it’s time to move on to the dessert finale. Immerse yourselves in Spanish churro dough strips that will dance to the rhythm of hot Nutella, cinnamon or powdered sugar. These delicacies are sure to melt your hearts. It will be a perfect finale of this flavour madness!

Chill out time

The Food Truck Flavour Festival and the Food Port are not only a crazy tour of the culinary heaven. It is also a fantastic place to meet your friends and family in a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere. It includes the eating area, of course, which is perfect for conquering the culinary galaxy, and the chill out zone with deckchairs, where you can relax after exhausting taste adventures.
