An appeal to clients

Up to 600 people a week miss their appointments at the municipal office. Thus, other residents who could make use of these booked dates have to wait longer for their matters to be settled.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, a visit to the City Hall is only possible by appointment. Unfortunately, our observations clearly show that approx. 15-20% of clients do not arrive on the booked date. This is up to 120 people a day, 600 people a week, and almost 2500 per month.
In connection with the above, we call the residents who, despite prior booking, do not intend to come to the municipal office, to cancel their appointments. This can be done in two ways:
1. On the website www.eurzad.szczecin.pl, in the "book an appointment" panel, please enter "appointment cancellation", then just enter your PESEL number and the appointment can be cancelled through the system.
2. Send an email to the address odwolajwizyte@um.szczecin.pl and enter in the email content or title your first and last name, date and time of appointment, and the case category.
Remember that thanks to cancelling the appointment, the date will become available to another person.
